At HRevents, we put heart and soul into making your celebrations truly special. However, we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a fair, friendly, and transparent refund and returns policy — so you can book with confidence.
💸 Refunds — When and How
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we’re here to help.
You’re eligible for a full or partial refund if:

You cancel at least 48 hours before your event setup.

We’re unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

There is a major error in the service/product delivered that cannot be fixed on time.
Refunds are not applicable:

If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled setup.

For custom-made or personalized décor that has already been prepared.

If event location access is denied or incorrect details are provided by the customer.
We always strive to resolve issues quickly — whether it’s by fixing decor, replacing items, or offering a fair compensation.
🔁 Returns — Do They Apply?
As we primarily deal with balloon decorations, setups, and time-sensitive event services, physical product returns usually don’t apply.
However, if you receive a faulty decoration kit (in rare cases of online delivery), contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — either by replacing the item or processing a refund.
⏳ Refund Process Time
If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, using your original method of payment.
